Role Profile
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin/Logistics Officer to support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing general facility management coordinating logistics and fleet operations managing statutory remittances and ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative running of the estate. The role also includes float management and supervision of maintenance activities to maintain a safe functional and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
(A) Facility Management:
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of office buildings estate grounds and related infrastructure.
- Coordinate vendors cleaners technicians and security service providers to ensure consistent upkeep.
- Monitor utility usage ensure timely payment of bills and troubleshoot basic facility issues.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental standards.
(B) Fleet Coordination:
- Manage and schedule vehicle movement for operational use.
- Monitor fuel usage vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules.
- Keep accurate records of driver logs vehicle repairs and registration/insurance renewals.
- Liaise with drivers and vendors to ensure optimal fleet performance.
(C) Logistics & Administration:
- Oversee general office administrative tasks such as procurement of office supplies and maintenance materials.
- Supervise dispatch services and coordinate delivery of materials to sites or clients.
- Track and manage administrative and operational floats; ensure proper accountability and timely retirements.
(D) Regulatory & Statutory Compliance:
- Handle the remittance and documentation of statutory obligations (e.g. taxes pensions insurance).
- Maintain accurate records and liaise with relevant regulatory bodies as required.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree or HND in Business Administration Logistics or a related field.
- 23 years of proven experience in administrative or logistics roles preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
- Good knowledge of facility management principles and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
