About the job
Were looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Manager to lead and develop our operations in Jordbro with end-to-end responsibility for warehouse operations packing shipping certificate handling and our test pool service coordination. Youll lead a team of approx. 12 people across key logistics functions drive improvement initiatives and be a key player in development of a recent implementation of our new system (D365) and warehouse automation.
Key responsibilities will include:
Lead daily operations and development of warehouse and material handling
Oversee logistics activities including inbound/outbound picking packing & shipping
Oversee certificate handling and support our growing life science documentation needs
Manage the test pool service coordination ensuring readiness for customer use
Build collaboration across different sub-teams and create a unified way of working
Coach and develop employees through clear guidance and trust-based leadership
Play a key role in the implementation of our new system (D365) and automated storage solutions
Improve and secure material flows throughout the production cycle
Drive continuous improvement and support change initiatives

Who you are
You have experience from logistics warehousing or production environments
Youve led teams before and enjoy being present and supportive as a manager
Youre comfortable balancing structure with hands-on leadership
You speak Swedish and English well both verbally and written
Youre ready to shape a new role and work closely with others to make things happen
Nice to Have
Experience with system implementations or warehouse automation
Understanding of documentation demands in regulated industries (e.g. life science)
A background in leading cross-functional improvement projects
