Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of IT solutions and market trends including comprehensive knowledge of leading technology vendors and service providers.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS Azure and GCP supported by certifications or proven project success.
- Proven track record in managing and delivering complex IT projects ideally within agile environments (e.g. Design Thinking SAFe) using modern project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong grasp of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) and associated frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Excellent interpersonal presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate and build trust with diverse stakeholders including C-level executives.
- Demonstrated initiative with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving and a high level of creativity.
- Ideally experience with TSIs broad product portfolio with a focus on cloud services.
- Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge development.
- Ability to tailor communication to different audiences from technical teams to executive leadership.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
As a Principal Enterprise Architect you will be a key member of the Cloud Services project organization driving strategic IT architecture development and customer success within the Cloud Vertical Germany.
Working alongside the Service Delivery Manager and Sales you will act as the trusted technical advisor to clients supporting both the expansion of existing relationships and the onboarding of new business. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Defining IT architecture for customers including IT development plans and lifecycle management aligned with portfolio strategy.
- Analyzing existing IT landscapes and identifying areas for consolidation and harmonization of systems and processes.
- Advising at the C-level ensuring alignment between business goals and IT strategy.
- Implementing technical architecture standards IT governance and security requirements in customer projects.
- Managing internal and external stakeholders to enhance and evolve the customer portfolio.
- Leading solution design discussions both with customers and internal delivery teams.
- Deeply understanding the customers business objectives and desired experience outcomes.
- Driving service adoption and promoting the expansion of cloud-based offerings within customer accounts.
