Job Description

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team in one of the biggest International organizations.

Tasks:

  • Develop and manage all aspects of project and engagement from planning external vendor relationships communications resources budget change risks and issues.
  • Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources.
  • Chair the project management team meetings.
  • Procure and secure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.
  • Monitor track and control outcomes to resolve issues conflicts dependencies and critical path deliverables.
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones deliverables dependencies risks and issues and communicating across leadership.
  • Engage with external stakeholders and internal business sponsors and focal points across the Organization globally and providing them with updates.
  • Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address the Organizations project goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports proposals requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences including project team sponsors and key stakeholders. Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication.
  • Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution. Report on project success criteria results metrics test and deployment management activities.

Qualifications :

Who you are:

Mandatory:

  • First-level university degree in Business Administration Project Management Marketing Engineering Computer Science or related discipline.
  • At least five (5) years of recent professional experience in program / project planning management and successful delivery of complex cross functional or interdependent projects some of which should be at the global or international level.
  • Professional qualification or foundation certification in project management methodologies such as PMI Prince 2 Agile SCRUM.
  • Proven skills in the areas of project management change management building trust planning organizing resourcing with careful attention to detail to continuously monitor progress actions and initiatives.
  • Ability to adapt and manage deliverables and resources in a climate of change and to think and act quickly sometimes under pressure yet remain effective.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with teams in an international multi-cultural multi-disciplinary environment; separated by geographical locations and working under different time-zones.
  • Ability to promote best practices advise on improvements independently perform research and apply information from a broad range of sources.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence negotiate advocate motivate resolve conflict and adapt relevant leadership styles to a variety of situations.
  • Excellent communication (both oral and written) problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong supervisory organizational management and consultancy skills.
  • Proactive flexible resourceful and able to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Experience with Office 365 Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint Teams SharePoint)
  • Experience with MS SharePoint MS Visio MS Project
  • Experience in collaborating with teams (physically or virtually) in an international and multi-cultural environment whilst producing results
  • Proven experience in writing project plans and project-related documentation.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops presentations to senior stake holders and managing change in a federated (decentralized) organization
  • Very good communication skills in English Level B2/C1

Desirable

  • Extensive experience in working across multiple time zones without the need for face-to-face meetings.
  • Experience with UN or other international or multinational organizations.
  • Experience with professional business services such as consulting.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops presentations to senior stakeholders and managing change in a federated (decentralized) organization.
