The Senior Manager of Learning and Development is responsible for designing and implementing strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees at Adtalem Global Education. This role focuses on fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth ensuring that training programs align with the organizations goals and meet the evolving needs of the business and its workforce
Responsibilities
Qualifications :
A bachelors degree is required; a masters degree in a related field is preferred
5 years of experience leading Learning & Development teams or 3 years in a management consulting or professional services environment
Proven ability to prioritize manage time effectively and lead projects in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience with digital learning platforms and tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess learning needs and use data to measure impact
This role plays a key part in building a high-performing organization by ensuring employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive.
Additional Information :
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected salary range for this position is between $80337.00 and $145077.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
