Job Description

Were a leader in the MLOps space and looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of our largest enterprise clients.

You have:

A solid understanding of AI/ML
Experience in a cusomer facing role with a technical product

You will:

Own customer relationships and effextively communicate value
Be a trusted advisor to achieve desired business outcomes
Work closely with Sales Product and Engineering teams
