Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Polish-speaking Customer Service Agent in Lisbon. As a Customer Service Agent you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Polish-speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e-mail/phone calls.
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Relocation package included for those applying outside Portugal*
Work type: On-site
Requirements:
- Polish C2 level
- English B2 level
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Self-sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity Systems & Devices.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- EU Citizenship / Residence card / Manifest of interest (some clients)
- No previous experience required
