Description
As the HR Generalist youll support key HR functions like benefits training and employee support. Your main job is to help create a positive workplace by making sure employees have the resources they need and provide excellent service and care. Youll report to the VP of Human Resources.
What youll do:
- Manage employee benefits and help team members with questions or changes.
- Organize training sessions for new hires compliance and skill development.
- Keep employee records up to date and handle sensitive information with care.
- Help with employee questions about policies and workplace concerns.
- Plan and support employee events and recognition efforts.
- Assist with HR systems reports and audits.
- Pitch in on special projects and team initiatives.
What were looking for:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field or 5 years of experience in HR.
- Expert in benefits administration training and employee support.
- Strong communication organization and people skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Solid understanding of employment laws like EEO and ADA.
