Description

As the HR Generalist youll support key HR functions like benefits training and employee support. Your main job is to help create a positive workplace by making sure employees have the resources they need and provide excellent service and care. Youll report to the VP of Human Resources.

What youll do:

  • Manage employee benefits and help team members with questions or changes.
  • Organize training sessions for new hires compliance and skill development.
  • Keep employee records up to date and handle sensitive information with care.
  • Help with employee questions about policies and workplace concerns.
  • Plan and support employee events and recognition efforts.
  • Assist with HR systems reports and audits.
  • Pitch in on special projects and team initiatives.

What were looking for:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field or 5 years of experience in HR.
  • Expert in benefits administration training and employee support.
  • Strong communication organization and people skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws like EEO and ADA.
