Job Description
We are looking to hire a Manager for Side Project Pizza located in Maplewood MO. Side Project Managers are wired for hospitality! Were in the people business and our most successful Managers are passionate about connecting with Team Members and Guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Supervising staff including making sure they are up to date on new beer and menu items.
Customer Service:
Ensuring a positive dining experience for guests addressing complaints and maintaining high service standards.
Operations:
Assisting with daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures and inventory control.
Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
Experience:Previous experience in restaurant/retail supervision preferably as a team lead or in a similar role.
Leadership:Ability to lead motivate and train a team.
Communication:Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Customer Service:Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Food Safety:Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software.
Availability: Able to work late mornings evenings weekends and some holidays.
