Job Description Summary
The Operations Manager directly reports to the reports to the System Administrative Officer of the Cancer ICCE. Under limited supervision the Operations Manager provides credible/reliable consistent standardized and integrated analyses of contribution margin for the ICCE operational support and project management. This position is an integral operational partner and collaborates with the ICCE SAO ICCE Chief and other ICCE leaders in the implementation of various system-wide enterprise initiatives. The Operations Manager serves as a strategic resource for the ICCE Chief ICCE SAO and other ICCE leaders by assisting with preparation and operationalizing of system plans including the interpretation of market and operational analyses and through the creation of implementable operational/project plans. Additionally the Operations Manager will participate in the content development for Performance Excellence Committee (PEC) Opportunity for Improvement (OFI) reviews and other committee meetings and presentations as needed and will assist in monitoring both the operational and financial activities of the ICCE on an ongoing basis across the health system. Lastly the Operations Manager will act as the operational liaison to various support services and will directly manage special projects as assigned by the ICCE leadership.Entity
