About the role

Get ready to be the backbone of our team as an Administration Officer/Receptionist at our flagship Head Office in Glebe!

In this role you will be the driving force behind the scenes ensuring that everything runs like a well-oiled machine. From providing top-notch administrative support to staff and visitors to keeping our services operating smoothly and efficiently you will be at the heart of it all. Duties

  • Showcase your multitasking prowess by covering reception expertly handle incoming calls and all client inquiries with finesse leaving every client delighted and satisfied.
  • Dive into the world of finance as you process payments with precision and efficiency ensuring seamless transactions every time.
  • Be the backbone of our team by providing invaluable administration support keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Take charge of coordinating meeting rooms fleet vehicles and maintenance tasks ensuring everything is in perfect order for seamless operations.
  • Exercise your organisational skills by ordering stationery and office supplies ensuring our team has everything they need to thrive.

Skills and Experience

We want you to be successful in your new role! This means youll have experience in a busy office environment as an Administrator or Coordinator and:

  • The ability to contribute to service delivery outcomesby using initiative and being proactive
  • At least 12 months administration experience in a customer facing role.
  • Great attention to detail with the ability to question the pieces that are missing.
  • Strong customer service focused with the desire to provide a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
  • The ability to balance multiple tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • The ability to identify sensitive information and maintain appropriate levels of privacy.
  • The ability to work autonomously while remaining connected to the team and contribute to team outcomes.
  • Current drivers license is essential!
