What Youll Do (6:00 AM 3:00 PM):
- Assemble and lead a high-performing personal training team that inspires educates and delivers
- Partner with your FSM /GM to meet department goals and stay on budget
- Keep your club fully staffed from reviewing applications to making top-tier hiring recommendations
- Manage PT schedules and lead training team operations for the opening shift
- Monitor team performance and coach for success in a positive motivating environment
- Champion lead generation strategies including guest passes referrals and in-club promotions
- Drive member engagement by supporting life-changing fitness programs
- Conduct weekly meetings to align your team with club goals and strategies
- Be a strong presence on the floor visible helpful and ready to lead by example
Requirements:
- College degree preferred
- CPR certification (required)
- Personal Training certification (required)
- Must be comfortable working on your feet and able to lift up to 20 lbs
- Availability for the 6:00 AM 3:00 PM schedule including weekends as needed

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
