As a Sales Development Manager (SDM) youll be on the front line of growth identifying and qualifying new business opportunities starting conversations and helping turn first contact into first order. Youll be part of a fast-moving team with big goals working closely with marketing project engineers and account managers to win new business.

What youll do:
Youll be responsible for outbound sales and converting new leads into real opportunities with great commission potential and strong support from the rest of the sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying qualifying and focusing on accounts with strategic value to Fractory
- Running outbound outreach via cold calls email and social channels
- Qualifying leads by assessing fit needs and potential for conversion
- Scheduling demos and meetings to maximise chances of a first order
- Nurturing prospects through follow-ups and relevant info sharing
- Inviting key contacts to industry events and webinars
- Accurately logging all activity in our CRM (Salesforce)
- Collaborating with marketing to run campaigns and break into new markets
- Becoming an expert on Fractorys value propositions
- Getting paid not only on the first order but also on the big ones that follow
