Tasks
- Lead commercial performance from MQL to Closed-Won
- Collaborate with Sales Directors and RevOps to implement growth and sales plans
- Identify key growth levers through commercial analysis (e.g. segmentation pricing)
- Deliver impactful training sessions with the Enablement team
- Own forecast planning and deliver data-driven market insights
- Manage CRM data quality and support performance tracking
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and KPI reporting
- Ensure commercial compliance and process optimization
- Drive portfolio management and sales planning
Requirements
- 5 years experience in a commercial or revenue operations role (SaaS preferred)
- Proven expertise in sales funnel dynamics and forecasting
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience operating across multi-country markets
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Nordic languages are a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot Power BI etc.)
