The ideal candidate will have a solid background in team leadership process improvement and cross-functional coordination with strong communication and decision-making skills. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency and delivering high performance across departments.
Assist in planning implementing and monitoring departmental activities to achieve business goals.
Support senior management in strategic decision-making and operational execution.
Oversee a team providing guidance training and performance feedback.
Ensure adherence to company policies procedures and regulatory compliance.
Monitor KPIs and generate reports for performance analysis and improvement.
Identify process gaps and recommend efficiency-enhancing solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow and service delivery.
Address customer/client escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
Contribute to budgeting resource planning and cost control activities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor insights.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Prior experience in multinational or multicultural work environments is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and business management tools.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to multitask prioritise and manage time effectively.
Adaptability and resilience under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
