As a Senior Digital Media Consultant you will be a key player in shaping innovative strategies guiding clients through complex challenges and delivering value-driven solutions. This role is for someone who thrives on ownership is proactive in their thinking and brings clarity and impact into every client interaction.
What you will do:
- Be the strategic partner for our clients in media and digital transformation projects
- Lead projects independently and proactively from discovery to delivery
- Identify opportunities define strategies and translate them into actionable roadmaps
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and clients to co-create meaningful solutions
- Help shape our consulting offering and continuously improve how we work
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in digital or media consulting ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems media landscapes and customer-centric strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset you dont wait for instructions you initiate action
- Ability to work independently
- First experience using large language models (LLMs) in a business context
- Passion for digital communication and marketing technology (MarTech)
- Confidence and clarity in client presentations
- Fluent in German and English
Your annual gross salary for this full-time senior position starts at 47600. How much more you actually earn will depend on your experience and qualifications.
