Job Description
Take charge of digital marketing for a high-growth company that s making waves in the online education space. This exciting hybrid role combines creative social media management with data-driven paid advertising across Google and Facebook platforms. You ll be directly responsible for contributing to the monthly acquisition of 2000 new subscribers while managing organic content across all major social platforms. This position offers the perfect blend of creativity and analytics allowing you to drive measurable business growth while building engaging communities and expanding the company s digital footprint.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns including search and shopping campaigns
- Create and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns for lead generation
- Produce engaging viral-worthy content across all social media platforms
- Manage community engagement and build relationships with influencers
- Conduct strategic outreach through DMs and group participation
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage brand interactions
- Support monthly challenge promotions and subscriber acquisition campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI
- Expand organic social media presence across multiple platforms including TikTok
Requirements
- Proven experience with Google Ads management (search and shopping campaigns)
- Strong background in Facebook advertising and campaign optimization
- Excellent social media content creation and community management skills
- Experience with influencer outreach and relationship building
- Understanding of demographic targeting and audience segmentation
