Responsibilities
- Manage BingXs Japanese-speaking communities (Telegram Twitter/X Discord etc.)
- Create engaging trend-driven campaigns to drive user activity and trading volume
- Collaborate with KOLs influencers and trading groups to grow and activate the community
- Localize global marketing campaigns for Japanese users
- Plan AMAs meme events trading contests and other high-conversion activities
- Collect community feedback and improve user sentiment and retention
Requirements
- 2 years in crypto community ops (exchange/project/trading group experience preferred)
- Native-level Japanese fluent Chinese (mandatory)
- Strong grasp of crypto trends memes and Japans crypto culture
- Familiar with KOL outreach trading user behavior and Telegram/X dynamics
- Proactive creative and results-driven
