We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Raleigh NC. This role plays a crucial part in managing client relationships providing exceptional service and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and our valued partners. The ideal candidate is proactive detail-oriented and passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide timely solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project timelines and expectations are met
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service issues
Identify opportunities to improve service processes and client satisfaction
Assist with the preparation of client reports and presentations
Support client onboarding and retention strategies
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or related field
1 year of experience in client services customer success or a related role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
