Role: Sr. Service Now Developer
Location: Laurel MD (Hybrid 3days/week)
Visa: H1BEADOPT
Client: Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission(WSSC)
Duration: Long Team
Mandatory: 10Years ServiceNow development exp in JavaScript APIs Azure Jelly and AngularJS ServiceNow SPM (formerly ITBM) including Demand Project and Resource modules. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (J (J SPM (preferred).

b. General Experience:
Work Experience: 5 years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the platforms architecture and capabilities.
Project Experience: Demonstrated experience working on large-scale projects in diverse team environments focusing on ServiceNow development tools and techniques including scripting in JavaScript Jelly and AngularJS.

c. Specialized Experience
Hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow SPM (formerly ITBM) including Demand Project and Resource modules.
Strong knowledge of project portfolio management methodologies (PPM SAFe Agile).
Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and CMDB relationships.
Ability to translate governance and planning requirements into platform configuration.
Experience working in ServiceNow environments with ITSM APM or CMDB integrations.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (J (J SPM (preferred).

Workflow and Automation: Ability to design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes.
Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and platforms (e.g. Azure)
ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools and techniques.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills especially when working with large complex datasets.
Workflow and Automation: Ability to design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes.
