Job Description
We are seeking a client-focused entrepreneurial Project Manager to lead complex projects from estimation through completion. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project delivery including budgeting scheduling risk management compliance and client communication. You will guide cross-functional teams conduct regular project meetings and maintain accurate financial and operational records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full project lifecycle management including estimating planning execution and closeout
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and aligned with client expectations
- Facilitate weekly progress meetings and oversee vendor invoicing reporting and labor/material tracking
- Foster a collaborative team culture and provide mentorship to project staff
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships and support business development efforts
- Contribute to continuous improvement and organizational growth
- 37 years of progressive project management experience with responsibility for projects exceeding $10M
- Bachelors degree in project management engineering architecture or related field (advanced degree a plus)
- Proven ability to lead teams manage resources and resolve issues proactively
- Strong track record of developing innovative cost-effective solutions to complex project challenges
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management software; experience with platforms like Procore preferred
