Leader Automotive Groupis a wholly owned subsidiary of AutoCanada a publicly traded company. Leader Automotive is AutoCanadas first footprint into the U.S. market and we currently have 10 dealerships consisting of 15 different franchises and approximately 650 employees. We have a strong presence in the Chicagoland area with 8 dealerships and 2 more located in central Illinois. We are searching for talented individuals as we begin a new and exciting legacy into the U.S. market.

At Hyundai of Lincolnwood the Sales Leaders are the front line for Leader Automotive Group. You and your coworkers are the face of Leader Automotive. Everything you do from the moment you greet the customer to the time they drive off in their new car (and after) paints a picture of what our company is all about. What you will do

Lead customers through the sale process including selection test drive financing and paperwork

Use Customer Relationship Management tool to effectively track all customer interactions

Present customer Deal Structure and additional finance products

Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction

Represent the dealership and Toyota of Lincoln Park

Responsibilities

  • Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings optional packages and the latest technologies.
  • Perform high-quality professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses.
  • Bring your A game along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

Qualifications

  • Automotive sales experience preferred but not necessary
  • Outgoing Personality
