What youll do:
The Product Manager role is crucial for defining and supporting the delivering the E2E vision and meeting business objectives while collaborating effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Create requirements for the development of ATLAS Customer Self-Service and work closely with the development team to ensure product success.
- Define and prioritize features and functionality within the work stream based on strategy business requirements and customer needs.
- Define a clear view of Customer Self-Service for B2B in terms of the program development
- Deliver user stories and acceptance criteria for sprint planning and execution.
- Orchestrate internal dependencies within the stream and provide updates on cross-stream dependencies.
- Drive the development process and oversee the delivery of value within the specific workstream area.
- Serve as the counterpart to IT Product Management creating and finalizing E2E requirements for the IT team in alignment with Product Owners regarding specific topics of the Customer Self-Service for ATLAS.
- Make informed decisions on features and functionality including their prioritization based on value and viability.
- Ensure that the product meets business objectives including initial deal renewal decommission and change.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment with various stakeholders including vertical streams and IT to achieve common goals.
What you bring :
- Demonstrated experience in product development enterprise architecture and product/project management across various domains.
- Experience as a Product Owner including UX research discovery interviews and positioning products for cloud transformation.
- Proven track of SAP BTP experience
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and experience in cloud transformation topics.
- Proven ability to make strategic decisions especially in technical evaluations of cloud solutions and services.
- A strong understanding of software development and cloud technologies is a benefit.
- Experience with Agile practices and frameworks such as Kanban and SAFe.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams including developers designers and stakeholders.
- Experience in gathering requirements from customers and partners and providing demos and presentations.
- Proficiency in design thinking sessions and proposing innovative ideas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of reducing technical debts and manual efforts.
