Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and driven teammates.
Youll ensure that procurement contributes effectively to the success of project and sub-system objectives while aligning with platform procurement goals. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management Sub-System Management and Platform Procurement) ensure alignment with procurement strategies and much more.
Well look to you for:
Ensuring alignment of procurement strategies with project requirements.
Managing supplier relationships to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Driving cost optimization initiatives while maintaining compliance with procurement policies.
Collaborating with Sub-System Managers to address specific procurement needs.
Supporting the Project Manager in achieving procurement-related project milestones.
Monitoring and mitigating procurement risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensuring adherence to Alstoms ethical and sustainability standards in procurement activities.
Leading negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Providing accurate and timely reporting on procurement performance metrics.
Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.

Degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
Experience or understanding of project procurement processes and strategies.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
