Your tasks
You will be responsible for the sales activity of the assigned portfolio both for developing existing clients as well as scouting and monetizing new business pipelines.
Build and maintain relationships with media agencies with a primary focus on Digital especially Connected TV while also supporting cross-media opportunities across TV Radio Print and other platforms.
International mindset with a focus on Italy with future opportunities for cross-market meetings abroad.
Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and prospect new business towards achieving agreed business targets
Develop the existing business by cross- and upselling within the existing portfolio and by promoting new media opportunities to the market
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information to the management
Nurture strong business relationships and follow up on Sales operations.
Develop and manage industry events.
Generating new creative sales ideas for our solutions Team
Your profile
3 years in Sales with a specialisation in Agency Business Development.
1st experience preferably in a media agency or broadcast media
Solid experience in digital media particularly with upper and mid-funnel campaigns. Familiarity with VOD BVOD and SVOD platforms is essential. A good understanding of programmatic buying logic and strong working relationships with agency trading desks are key. Experience in CTV is highly valued.
Experience with media with an understanding of international media environment (TV radio digital print) preferred
Well structured good presentation skills and team spirit
Fluent in English & Italian . Additional language (Spanish Turkish Arabic Greek) is an asset

Our team is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with media agencies across Southern Europe with a main focus on Italy and additional coverage of Spain MENA Greece and Turkey.
We focus primarily on digital media especially Connected TV while supporting broader cross-platform activations and work closely with local clients and global stakeholders.
The team operates in English and includes members from different national and professional backgrounds fostering a collaborative fast-paced and insight-driven culture.
