YOUR CAPCO DAY
- Business Process Design & Implementation: Analyse existing processes identify areas for improvement and design new business processes. Oversee the execution of process changes ensuring seamless integration and effectiveness
- Client Engagement: Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to understand their needs and challenges. Provide expert advice maintain strong client relationships and deliver presentations and reports
- Project Management: Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with stakeholders to align project objectives and mitigate risks
- Innovation & Strategy: Stay abreast of industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. Lead initiatives to drive digital transformation and enhance client competitiveness
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with other consultants and practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions. Mentor junior team members and participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions
YOUR CAPCO FIT
- Experience & Knowledge: 2 years in banking or consulting with a strong understanding of banking operations and process design. Proven experience in designing and implementing business processes
- Skills & Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with strong communication and presentation abilities. Proficient in project management and business analysis tools with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Education & Certifications: Bachelors degree in Business Finance IT or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP Six Sigma) are a plus
- Personal Attributes: Strong client-focused approach with a passion for delivering value. High integrity adaptability and a proactive self-motivated attitude
- Cultural Fit: Alignment with Capcos values and enthusiasm for consultancy work. Willingness to travel work on-site with clients as required and commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace
- Requirements:Excellent communication skills in German and English is an absolute must and you need to be eligible to work in Switzerland
