Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Oracle EBS HRMS
As a Techno-Functional Specialist for Oracle HRMS EBS Suite you will play a critical role in providing technical and functional expertise for the design development implementation and support of Oracle HRMS solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of HRMS processes within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in the analysis design and configuration of Oracle HRMS modules to meet business requirements.
Mandatory have hands-on experience in Oracle HRMS PL/SQL integrations APIs user-hooks & fast formulas.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their HR processes requirements and pain points and propose effective solutions within the Oracle HRMS framework.
Conduct workshops and gather business requirements ensuring alignment with industry best practices and Oracle EBS capabilities.
Provide expert-level advice and guidance on system functionalities configurations and customizations to optimize HRMS performance and usability.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including functional specifications test scripts and user guides.
Configure and maintain Oracle HRMS modules such as Core HR Exit Module and Self-Service functionalities.
Oversee system testing and collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Participate in end-user training sessions to enable users to efficiently utilize the Oracle HRMS EBS Suite.
Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle HRMS modules.
Lead or contribute to upgrade and migration projects ensuring smooth transitions to newer versions of Oracle EBS and HRMS modules.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle HRMS EBS Suite releases patches and industry trends to recommend system enhancements and optimizations.
Assist in creating and maintaining system security policies and procedures related to HRMS modules.
Mentor and guide junior team members promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Specialist with relevant years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HRMS EBS Suite.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 or higher versions specifically within the HRMS modules.
Strong expertise in Core HR Payroll Absence Management and other related Oracle HRMS modules.
Proficiency in Oracle EBS development tools such as PL/SQL Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports.
Experience with HRMS data conversions interfaces and extensions using APIs and Web Services.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve complex technical and functional issues.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels including non-technical business users.
Knowledge of HR business processes and best practices is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
