Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the technical operations team
- Handle incoming phone inquiries professionally
- Maintain and organize data entry documentation and filing systems
- Assist in compiling reports related to vessel inspections and preparing presentation materials
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule inspection visits
- Track and follow up on invoice submissions and staff reimbursement claims
- Prepare outgoing mail and deliveries
- Support general office functions and assist with tasks related to front desk operations and company events
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role is advantageous
- Educational background: A-Level / ITE / Diploma or equivalent
- Open to recent graduates who demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude
