Job Description
Sales Representative (Italian Speaker) Lisbon Portugal (Remote)
Key Details
- Location: Lisbon Portugal (Remote within Portugal; relocation support available)
- Languages: Native/Fluent Italian required
- Contract: CDD 6-month contract renewable
- Start Date: 5th June 2025
- Working Days/Hours: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays) 08:0019:00 on a rotational shift basis
- Days Off: Sunday 1 rotational day per week
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1024 (gross) per month x 14 payments/year
- Performance Bonus: 225 per month x 12 months
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day
- Transport Allowance: 20 per month
- Position Bonus (Braga): 20 per month (12 months)
- Health Insurance: Effective from Day 1 (employee contribution; becomes free after 6 months)
- Welcome Bonus: Paid in 4 installments (each contingent on <6% absenteeism):
- After 3 months (4th month payout)
- After 6 months (7th month payout)
- After 9 months (10th month payout)
- After 12 months (13th month payout)
- Relocation Support (Lisbon only):
- Flight Reimbursement: Up to 400 (economy class) after 6 months
- Accommodation: Shared apartment at 280/month (utilities included deducted from payslip) for up to 12 months
Requirements
- Eligibility: EU citizens Residence card Manifestao de Interesse or eligible visa holders (visa status subject to consultation)
- Remote work: Must reside in Portugal during employment
