What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing new build sites both off-plan and on-site
- Handling sales from initial inquiry through to completion
- Building rapport with clients and potential buyers
- Staying up-to-date with planning rules and building regulations
- Weekend working required
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous New Homes experience is essential
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer service
- Ability to build rapport and identify opportunities
- Familiarity with planning and building regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Full driving license and own car preferred
