Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Define and craft a large deals approach with MSP packaged into the TCS offering to customers
  • Manage the partner sales life cycle proactive engagement alignment joint pursuit customer engagement closure and expansion
  • Build a short- and long-term strategy for ServiceNow licenses led growth
  • Work closely with the Sales / Account and Presales teams to create and nurture new partner led opportunities

Qualifications:

  • A sound understanding of the ServiceNow product and partner ecosystem
  • 13 15 years of combined IT and sales experience in global system integrator (GSI) organizations
  • 5 years in handling sales motions for partner led opportunities
  • Proven experience in leading or contributing to enterprise-wide digital transformation programs
  • Familiarity with packaged solutioning approach with bundled licenses and services leveraging AI & automation for larger business value to customers
  • Strong relationship and interpersonal skills. This role has many internal and external stakeholders and the successful candidate must be comfortable handling complexity in a diverse environment
  • Demonstrate strong personal communication and executive presence to establish interest credibility and trust.
  • Excellent written oral and verbal communication skills
  • Open to travel as per the business needs
