Under the general direction of the Supervisor Warehouse and Distribution and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission Values and Management Philosophy of St. Boniface Hospital the Dispatcher is responsible for: receiving recording and charging out all requests for deliveries or pickups of supplies equipment courier service specimens x-rays requisitions etc. and dispatching porters messengers and supply attendants to respond to these calls; problem-solving relating to immediate issues; performing receptionist and clerical duties; initiating and updating unit orders; compiling statistics; assigning staff; and performing other performing other related duties as assigned.
