As the CBIS Coordinator Facilities youll help facilitate the smooth operation of site property buildings and support services. This role involves supervising a small team to deliver services such as site security access control and workflow coordination for facilities management tasks. As part of the wider CBIS Regional team the position focuses on providing high-quality service improving workflow systems and coordinating daily operational activities including preventative and corrective maintenance.
The role also plays a key part in shaping and refining asset management strategies ensuring efficient asset monitoring maintenance scheduling and reporting to support continuous improvement.

Salary: AU$96811 - AU$109527 plus up to 15.4% superannuation
