Regional Senior Facilities Specialist - Asia

The Role

You will drive strategic facilities management across multiple Asia Pacific locations leading innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and create thriving work environments. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to optimize facilities operations manage renovation projects and ensure consistent service delivery across diverse regional markets.

You will partner with the Facilities Manager (APAC) to implement superior office service delivery processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT/AV Support and Workspace Strategy. Success in this role means establishing streamlined regional operations completing strategic renovation projects on time and budget and implementing sustainability initiatives that align with organizational goals within the first year.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead day-to-day facility operations across multiple Asian countries with strategic oversight
• Direct preventative and reactive maintenance schedules through effective contractor collaboration
• Lead renovation projects ensuring quality delivery and alignment with regional timelines
• Utilize CMMS to streamline processes and develop data-driven operational solutions
• Champion safety procedures and environmental sustainability programs across all sites
• Monitor vendor performance and negotiate contracts to optimize cost-efficiency and service delivery
• Collaborate with regional teams to adapt facilities strategies to diverse cultural needs

Qualifications :

Essential Qualifications Skills and Experience

• 5-7 years proven facilities/property management experience across multiple locations with renovation project oversight
• Deep expertise in hard services (HVAC electrical mechanical) and soft services (cleaning security workplace amenities)
• Experience with CMMS Building Management Systems and data analytics for strategic reporting
• Superior communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence stakeholders across Asian markets 
• Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) or Computer Science with facilities management knowledge Regional coordination experience across multiple countries with understanding of diverse business environments

Preferred qualifications include a degree in engineering computer science or a related field with core understanding of asset project and facilities management as well as knowledge of applicable legislation and OHS requirements.

The Team

The Office Experience (OX) team provides office facilities and people support for SEEK ensuring high levels of internal administrative support. The OX team is part of the People and Culture function and consists of three streams: Facilities Management Office Services and Data and Insights.
