Starting wage is $17.50/hr
As an Employment Lead you will serve as coordinator for the spectrum of employment services including Prevocational Career Exploration and Community Employment Services. Supervise and implement short and long-term goals and objectives for participants in order to help them be successful in employment.
THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION:Must be able to work a flexible or rotating schedule including nights weekends and holidays
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect
- Lead and document minutes of the weekly Employment Services meeting
- Conduct observations on staff to ensure quality of services
- Train new job coaches and complete the Employment Lead portions of orientation packet
- Lead and coordinate job development activities to secure community work sites
