Job Description
We are looking for a DevOps Team Lead to join an international tech scale up company leader in cybersecurity solutions. This company applies security layers to web applications garanting self-defensive capabilities that enable them to fight any fraud reverse-engineering or tampering attempts avoiding data leakage and damage to the customer s reputation.

What will be your mission
- Lead and mentor a skilled DevOps team fostering technical growth and strong team dynamics;
- Own and evolve robust secure infrastructures across hybrid and cloud environments;
- Design and implement modern CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI ArgoCD Terraform Ansible;
- Contribute to strategic tech decisions and incident response ensuring operational excellence in highly regulated environments (e.g. PCI DSS);
- Take an active role in code reviews performance optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
What will make you triumph in this position
- Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
- Solid experience in DevOps roles (minimum 5 years) and technical leadership;
- Mastery of tools such as Ansible Terraform Docker Kubernetes GitLab CI ArgoCD;
- Experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus ELK FluentBit etc.);
- Knowledge of environments regulated by standards such as PCI DSS;
- Passion for technological innovation team spirit and hands-on mindset;
- Fluent level of English.
