What youll do:

Summary:

Youll define and drive the strategy for WalkMe-powered digital adoption initiatives as part of the WalkMe Content Adoption Program. You will own the product roadmap for our WalkMe integrations ensuring that our onboarding and continuous learning experiences are optimized for user success. Your focus will be on aligning business objectives with user needs by leveraging data market insights and cross-functional collaboration. Youll coordinate with engineering marketing and support teams to prioritize feature development and ensure that our WalkMe solutions deliver measurable improvements in user engagement and product adoption.

The Role:

  • Define and execute a clear product strategy for WalkMe integration that aligns with SAPs business and user success goals.
  • Develop and manage a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes WalkMe enhancements to optimize onboarding and continuous learning experiences.
  • Work closely with engineering design marketing and support teams to gather insights refine requirements and deliver impactful product features.
  • Utilize user analytics and market research to identify opportunities for improving digital adoption and iterate on product functionalities.
  • Present product strategies progress updates and performance metrics to leadership ensuring alignment and securing buy-in for WalkMe initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure SAP remains at the forefront of digital adoption innovation.

What you bring:

You bring a strong background in product management with a deep understanding of digital adoption platforms your expertise in translating user data and market trends into actionable product strategies sets you apart with a proven track record in leading product initiatives you excel at coordinating across teams and aligning stakeholders around a unified vision and your analytical mindset combined with excellent communication and leadership skills enables you to drive strategic decisions that enhance product value and user satisfaction.


Further requirements are:

  • At least 10 years in product management with proven experience in managing digital adoption platforms or similar technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate user insights and business objectives into a cohesive actionable product strategy.
  • Strong proficiency in using data to inform decisions and measure the impact of product initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a talent for building consensus and driving cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in agile development settings managing multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • A proactive approach to staying updated on emerging trends in digital adoption and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Fluent both in German and English (both written and spoken) is a must-have.
