Could you be the full-time onsite Civil Engineering Design Manager in Toronto ON CA were looking for

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your seasoned and multifaceted expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside innovative collaborative and dedicated teammates. Youll provide pivotal leadership and direction in the realm of civil works ensuring the successful planning and execution of infrastructure projects. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (including project management construction and design) oversee the preparation of technical specifications and manage external civil engineering contracts and much more.

Well look to you for:

• Leadership in the planning and execution of civil engineering subcontracting activities

• Strategic planning of project timelines and deliverables as well as budget management

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams (i.e Electrification Installation etc.) to align civil engineering activities with overall project objectives

• Mentoring and developing team members to foster a continuous learning environment

• Preparation of detailed specifications for civil works projects and scope of works

• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• PEng Accreditation or equivalent certification

• Experience of major Civil Rail Infrastructure projects

• Proven leadership and team management abilities
