Salary: OTE 35000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

A successful and well-established independent Estate & Lettings Agency in Woking is looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their professional and driven team.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Handling lettings enquiries and conducting viewings
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Matching tenants to suitable properties
- Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
- Delivering a high standard of customer service
- Building relationships with landlords and applicants
- Promoting the company brand and upholding standards
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Residential lettings experience essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Confident well-presented and professional manner
- Local area knowledge (Woking and surroundings) beneficial
- Full UK Driving Licence and own car essential
- Proactive and target-driven approach
- Positive team-player attitude
