Salary: OTE 45000 per annum

We are working with a long-established and respected independent estate agency in Shenfield CM15 to find an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven property professional ready to take the next step in their career with a company that values local knowledge strong client relationships and results.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating sales offers
- Valuing and listing properties on the market
- Managing and progressing sales from offer to completion
- Developing new business and winning instructions
- Maintaining regular contact with buyers sellers and solicitors
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience in residential estate agency sales
- Confident in property valuations and winning instructions
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Motivated enthusiastic and target-driven
- A customer-focused mindset with a professional approach
- Good knowledge of Shenfield and surrounding areas
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
