Our client a thriving and well-regarded Estate & Lettings Agency with a strong market presence in the Hounslow area is seeking an ambitious Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential sales be a proven deal-closer and bring energy enthusiasm and excellent local knowledge to the table.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering and qualifying applicants
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers and seeing sales through to completion
• Prospecting and generating new business
• Building strong relationships with buyers sellers and the local community
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential sales is essential
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills and a proactive attitude
• Smart professional and articulate
• Local area knowledge preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong written and verbal English
