Job Title: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings
Location: Bournemouth BH8
Salary: OTE 35000 per annum

Our client is a leading well-respected estate and lettings agency based in Bournemouth. With an excellent local reputation for premium service and market expertise the company is expanding its lettings division and now seeks a driven and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join the team.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Support the day-to-day operations of the lettings department
- Market properties respond to enquiries and arrange viewings
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental agreements
- Manage tenancy applications reference checks and prepare tenancy agreements
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and ensure smooth transitions
- Generate organise and attend market appraisals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensure all lettings activity complies with legislation and company policy
- Manage administrative duties efficiently
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems
- Deliver high standards of client service at every stage
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Experience in lettings
- Proven ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Excellent customer care and communication skills
- Highly organised detail-oriented and numerate
- Knowledge of current lettings legislation and best practice
- Positive team-focused attitude with a proactive approach
- Resilient and professional in a busy environment
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Strong written and verbal communication
