POSITION TITLE: Manager Inclusive ExcellencePOSITION SUMMARY
The Manager of Inclusive Excellence reports to the Chief Equity Officer and plays a critical institutional leadership role in advancing the Colleges strategic goals related to servingness access equity and inclusive advancement. This position is responsible for designing implementing and evaluating initiatives that support the success advancement and engagement of all students employees and community stakeholders with particular attention to historically underrepresented and vulnerable populations. Through strategic planning cross-campus collaboration and external partnerships the Manager drives institutional efforts to create a more inclusive environment and strengthen the Colleges capacity to serve a diverse and dynamic community. This role ensures that initiatives are aligned with the Colleges core values strategic goals and best practices that promote equitable outcomes and continuous improvement.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
with U.S. Department of Education funding as well as private and other public funding.
lead and implement inclusive initiatives and best practices across the institution that support all students employees and community stakeholders with a focus on historically underrepresented groups including Latinx refugee and immigrant populations through workshops resource navigation and strategic partnerships.
and coordinate campus-wide educational programming on cultural competency inclusive excellence access and servingness for faculty staff students and community members.
logistics for speaker engagements contracts institutional programs and other initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
Inclusive Excellence initiatives on campus committees institutional projects and community partnerships.
monitor and report on initiatives aimed at improving institutional access advancement enrollment retention degree completion and equitable outcomes for both students and employees.
confidential matters with discretion in accordance with institutional policies procedures and applicable laws.
a commitment to continuous quality improvement and provide outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders.
and analyze best practices industry standards and data trends to inform program development strategic planning and institutional sustainability.
across departments to advance equitable outcomes for employees and students through intentional partnerships and strategic initiatives.
strong organizational interpersonal and communication skills demonstrating the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
expert-level knowledge of applicable regulations and institutional policies related to admissions financial aid employee advancement student support and degree attainment.
in community outreach and service through events volunteer efforts resource provision and relationship-building with community-based organizations and local businesses.
other duties as assigned in support of institutional priorities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
degree in social work education business or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
of three (3) years of experience in program management social services higher education or community-based organizations supporting diverse populations.
commitment to advancing student and employee success access and opportunity.
in Microsoft Office Suite and related technologies.
organized detail-oriented and self-motivated professional with strong time management skills.
ability in leadership project management and budget management.
written and verbal communication skills.
to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with other members of the college and community displaying cultural competence as well as emotional intelligence.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
