Job Description

Overview

The Business Systems Analyst II role is an entry-level position responsible for contributing to successful ongoing client support. The Business Systems Analyst is exposed to both client relationship management and technical responsibilities. This is a hybrid role based out of either our Chicago or Atlanta offices.

Starting base pay for this role is between $66000 and $80000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors such as transferable skills work experience business needs training location and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical dental and vision benefits wellness reimbursement life insurance and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states).

Responsibilities

  • Provides client-facing support with coaching and guidance from senior colleagues.

  • Manages the Case Management case queue for the portfolio of clients assigned to portfolio.

  • Manages and resolves client cases including triaging diagnosing and resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests

  • Performs unit testing of assigned deliverables.

  • Coordinates with internal teams (Product Development CloudOps etc.) to resolve incidents and meet client needs.

  • Engages more senior Origami subject matter experts (i.e. product industry or technical) as required to resolve cases provide consultative assistance and train users.

  • Collaborates with the team to ensure client requests fall within the service tier purchased.

  • Leverages Origami standard configuration where possible and follows established best practices and industry standards when designing configuring and consulting on solutions.

  • Records hours worked in accordance with Origamis time entry policy.

  • Identifies potential scope creep / out-of-scope work and escalates to Client Executive

  • Assists with preparation of training materials for user training.

  • Identifies potential expanded sales opportunities and notifies / coordinates with Client Executive and Account management team on pursuing.

  • Acts as a mentor to less experienced Origami colleagues.

  • Assists with the training and onboarding of new Origami colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Management Information Systems Informatics Business Analytics or similar technical discipline
  • 2 years of systems implementation systems support or business analytics work experience
  • Knowledge of SQL required; exposure to JavaScript and XML a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and drive excel in your role
  • Aptitude for technology databases and computer systems
