Job Description
Title: Systems Engineering Specialist
Design develop and maintain system architectures to meet business and technical requirements.
Evaluate and integrate hardware software and network solutions for optimal system performance.
Implement system engineering processes including requirement analysis testing and validation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications and ensure smooth integration.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level issues to maintain operational continuity.
Document system configurations procedures and best practices for future reference.
Ensure compliance with security policies data protection standards and industry regulations.
Support disaster recovery planning and implement backup and failover strategies.
Research and recommend emerging technologies to improve existing systems and processes.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Systems Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of systems architecture network infrastructure and integration processes.
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows Linux Unix) and virtualized environments.
Experience in system monitoring tools automation frameworks and configuration management.
Skills Required:
Expertise in systems design and analysis methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell Python Bash).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.
Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and best practices.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
