FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act): Exempt

Reporting Structure: Wholesale Manager

Salary Range: $68700.00 to $70000.00

Vintners Distributors is the corporate arm for Au Energy Loop Neighborhood Market and Poppy Market and is based in Union City Calif. with stores and stations across California. The company was founded in 1978 and develops real estate and owns and operates gas stations with convenience stores and car washes. It also has a wholesale division that delivers fuel to dealer locations in the market.


Position Overview:

We are looking for a Fuel Coordinator to join our team! This position is a critical member of the wholesale team responsible for aiding accounting reporting and analysis of various corporate activities. This role also incorporates office admin duties like going through the mail filings and paying bills. They need to be flexible in working hours team players good communicators outspoken self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities:


Customer & Client Support

  • Respond to inquiries from drivers fleets and internal departments
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and setting up fuel programs
  • Support customer service efforts to ensure timely resolution of routine issues
  • Maintain clear professional communication with all stakeholders


Administrative Coordination

  • Process card and PIN orders cancellations and account changes
  • Assist with billing reviews and escalate any suspicious or high-value transactions
  • Maintain updated records in internal systems
  • Generate reports as requested and support data entry tasks


Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure tasks meet quality and performance standards
  • Follow established processes and maintain accurate documentation
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or management as appropriate
Requirements

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage time prioritize tasks and handle high-volume workloads
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and internal systems
  • Attentive to detail and able to follow established procedures
  • Team player with a positive proactive approach


Education & Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
