We have a new full time RN Supervisor opening in our Nursing Administration position provides supervision in areas such as acute care outpatient ambulatory procedures and the Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASC). Ensures optimal flow and utilization of resources to meet demand for services with available staff. Addresses patient care or service problems as necessary.

Qualifications
This position requires:
-Current licensure as a registered nurse plus three years acute care nursing.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize the demands of daily operations and organize resources required.
- Also requires demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills active listening skills and conflict mediation ability.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate change and build effective teams also required.
Preferred:
-Bachelors degree in nursing strongly preferred.
-Current RN Supervisory experience and or Charge RN experience is strongly preferred.
