SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting the following functional areas: recruiting employee relations onboarding training performance management affirmative action payroll unemployment and associate engagement.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in a related discipline or equivalent education and experience required.
2-4 years of experience in a hands-on fast paced human resources field required.
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
SHRM-PHR or CP certification preferred.
