We need you for:
(International) recruiting and continuous improvement of related strategies
Active sourcing and building talent pipelines to attract qualified candidates
Managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
Candidate rejection management: professional and timely communication with candidates
Administrative and organizational implementation of all processes along the employee life cycle
Advising and supporting managers on all HR-related topics
Your profile:
Completed education in the field of Human Resources or related
5 years of professional experience including at least 3 years in recruiting within the
life science industry
Passion for identifying and supporting talent throughout the recruitment process
Own-initiative structured and quality-oriented working style resilient personality
Good PC skills; experience with HR-tools of advantage
Professional command of German and English (spoken and written)
Ability to work in a team high level of commitment and willingness to learn
For the cooperation in our team we offer a payment in line with collective agreement (Handwerk und Gewerbe) based on a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your previous experience and
