Job Description
HR Associate :
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Records: Maintaining accurate employee data updating records and managing HRIS systems.
- Benefits Administration: Assisting with benefits enrollment answering employee questions about benefits and ensuring compliance with benefit regulations.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee inquiries resolving conflicts and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies labor laws and other legal requirements.
- Payroll: Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Training and Development: Assisting with the development and delivery of training programs.
- General HR Support: Providing administrative support to the HR department including maintaining HR files preparing reports and coordinating HR events.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Assisting with job postings screening resumes scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
- Onboarding: Guiding new hires through the onboarding process ensuring they have the necessary paperwork and information.
